This is an excellent site- for any wishing to know more about how our children are being destroyed in the contentious divorce cases. The ones where a known woman beater and child sexual aggressor -sues for custody-and gets it. The scenarios described in the book Mothers on Trial- have not abated over the years, they have worsened.

Teachers deal more and more with tormented children and teemagers in the classroom. Society deals with more and more reported violence from young people . Isn't it time the media started to be more responsible ,and investigate and report on this oft hidden social scourge ? I see that S.Montgomery of the Montreal Gazette, has received an award for her print reporting on the sexual abuse of students in school(s) run by the Holy Cross brothers. Bravo and kudos to The Gazette.

Is a psychologist who recommends custody be given to a sexual predator any less guilty ? Is a social worker who recommends custody to a wife beater,bestilaity practicing child sexual agressor, any less guilty ? This -despite police, hospital ,psychiatrist and doctor reports.(and neighbours and priests and day care workers)Is a social worker who receives evidence -ejaculate in a child's underwear-and says-nothing can be done, any less guilty ? Is a Crown Prosecutor who summarily dismisses charges brought by the police, as- just a divorce disagreement- any less guilty ? This kind of scene continues in towns and cities across Canada.

For that matter- what about some bloggers, some roof climbers,some dressup guys and some "journalists" who seem to have decided that all police, doctors and mothers who report (as they must) abuses- are lying ??????????? I find that kind of wilful blindness -incomprehensible. Unless, of course, there are some vested interests. Why would any halfway decent human being, SUPPORT child rapists and woman beaters ? It defies any logic or shred of evolved humanity.

An acquaintance recently brought to my attention-a report on a scientific research on duck vaginas and how ducks have evolved (the females) so that rape is not possible.(duck rape-usual among ducks-)
I used to want to be a bear- in another life-now, I'm thinking- a duck would be good.

(Mother bears know they must protect their young from ranging males-especially the one who impregnated her. It is the way of the bear. No-one prevents them from protecting their young) Seems male bears view the young as rivals for attention, food,and territory. Sound familiar ????????????????

Keep hearing about some poor child - brought back to the U.S.- Goldman. It all strikes me as like some kind of Monopoly game for the insane or just downright angry. It sounds like- everyone is talking about property rights- after all- that IS what laws are founded on- so was marriage, come to think of it - -But- Monopoly- it fits. Roll the dice- get born. Move a couple of years, go to Brazil with Mummy and stay with family. Roll the dice, get new baby (step) sister. oh oh- penalty- lose your mother. You may move along for a year or so on the same streets and with the same buildings,houses,schools and family. Dice roll- oh- you thought it was your turn ? No- you only get to -try- when you are 18 or older - -This dice roll- you lose -big time- known family, houses,school,friends etc.- country- language- you get to dump it all and go to another Monopoly game in another country.  I wonder who wins at this game - -anyone ? No-one ?

DANGERous to the health and welfare of abused children ********

_Parental Alienation Syndrome (PAS)

There have always been, and sadly probably always will be, abusers. This despite the increased efforts of many, to protect children.

This group of people are banging the drum of pas /pa again. What is so insidious in this- is the fact that it all sounds- sort of- reasonable to a general public and those who are not informed. In reality, among the "speakers" , one finds some very dubious backgrounds- the kind of background that would make a protective parent run for their lives, clutching their children in their arms.

What has happened to untold numbers -usually of mothers and children, is that a non abusing parent goes for divorce in order to save herself and her children. I'm talking battered women and/or sexually abused children. The children do not want to "visit" their abuser (reasonable, don't you think ?) and the abuser just gets himself a lawyer who is hooked in with certain psychologists and evaluators (so called experts). Using pas/pa- these- lawyers and psychologists etc. will convince a judge (some take less convincing than others) that the mother is alienating. Mother loses custody- raped children go to live with their abuser.

Not all the presenters are - knowingly or otherwise supporting abusers and the annihilation of women and children- I think the mother whose son died, for example- is NOT bent on destruction. But- the track record (often unknown) of most or all of the others- is a record of destruction.

This is posted here as - a BEWARE. Check the backgrounds and history and track record of these so called "experts". Then run the other way - FAST. Run for your life and that of your child. Abusers know about these guys- -non offending parents NEED to know about them. For their sakes and for the sake of the children. It is utterly offensive and repugnant , to someone who is in the know- to see that this- bunch of ideas is being " pushed" on an unsuspecting public.

At least, there is here a list- of "dangerous to the health and welfare of mothers and children" people.
So- take under advisement and do your research. Especially if you are a working mother (can pay the abuser) and if there are any assets that you might have-. Be prepared to lose- everything. Children AND their material inheritance.

I personally know/knew cases of total destruction of mother and children- in one province of Canada. The psychologist most implicated- is on the list of speakers.So called fathers; rights groups support these - persons also. That alone should speak volumes.

Well- raping a baby often does kill them. I know of someone who sodomized his own children- the mother thought they were going to die. The perpetrator wouldn't allow the mother to take the infants to hospital (of course) -She didn't- the perp had tried to kill the mother- so she thought she risked death herself if she "disobeyed" and then- the children would have no-one to protect them.This child rapist later got custody of his tiny victims.

No surprise there- all a child rapist/wife beater/ bestiality practicing perp has to do when a mother asks for divorce, is get a pro pedo lawyer and psychologist- and some pro-pedo friends to help- and- bingo- the criminals get custody ! Social services will help a lot, too. They have no knowledge of these -actions-it would seem. They just run with- "the mother is crazy- and/or being mean- " - whatever the perp tells them. Then they push for family reunification. Insane.

I personally observe that the social services systems in every province and territory are STILL operating in the vacuum of ignorance. Ordering (for example) that abused victimized children (sexual aggression) visit their abusers-is just- insane. In this case- of which I am thinking- it was the gtrandparents.The mother -reported to the local social services- worked with a local organisation that tries to assist victims- all- to have her children re-victimized. I call this insanity. Then- the text that was posted yesterday- mother in Montreal- child sexually abused- she lost custody - to the abuser. In essence- our "systems" are saying- if you or your children are raped, sexually misused and abused -emotionally and psychologically wounded- so what- just live with /visit the criminal- and- voila ! -all will be well- we will put you on medication, charge you for therapy later- if you live-and when you are psychotic and/or attempt suicide- we'll hospitalize you. Sorry Canada. This is systemic INSANITY. We are destroying our "country" - systematically. This is what the shared parenting people are advocating- and the pas/pa people. Maybe some are ignorant- of what they are doing- but- all they have to do- is learn- so,I question ALL their motives. They shouldn't be working in the field if they have no idea what they are doing. DV is - in my opinion- WOMAN ABUSE. It is the criminal attack on women- perpetrated by a "significant" other- and is part of a PATTERN of abusive behaviour , which not infrequently, ends in death (of the victim. The victims who fight back are often severely punished. What is THAT ????? -(just another part of the insanity)

Further- children in such a relatiuonship are often abused as well. For example, there is a high statistical link between DV and incest- child sexual aggression

The attitudes and psychopathy underlying dv and related crimes are common to ALL groups/cultures/societies- but the laws and "systems" can - vary.

Reports like this are vital- information to the public. The victims need to tell police themselves- and way before the abuser has a hint that they or their mother might-. Bt then- it is often too late. The abuser can manipulate-or terrify or both and more- and the victims are silenced.

Always tell police FIRST- never social sevices first- the children risk being silenced or removed-(from the home). Then if a non-abusing parent asks for divorce- custody can be lost-to the abuser. Insane- but- it happens- and way too often. Only once is too often.

Thank goodness the victims spoke- and to the police.

I became a whipping girl- especially for no.2 (I know- but -I was still naive-it's my parents'; fault- they were very decent people)-and then lost EVERYTHING to the 2 - the abuser. I'm talking criminal, life threatening behavior- to all the children,animals and -woman- in range.

Even single life- running and hiding and paying for children- while knowing they were -severely wounded- etc.- still- better- hiding OUTSIDE the prison- than being chained inside-with no hope of even life itself. No 1 supported- still does I suppose- this criminal. Now- what would one call that ? Misogyny ? or just- atrocious hateful behaviour ? I digress. But- read some of Glennie's stuff- and it is just like listening to an X -or 2.

I wouldn't call it marriage - -many times- there are other words more apt-

That's why some women have their children- but with NO relationship. Something I really thought about- but- I was born too soon-

Ironically, this was published on the birthdate of a beloved child. Today, comes the welcome news that Sherry has been totally absolved of ALL blame in her baby's death so many years ago.


This is such a horrendous story (along with many others) Not only did Sherry experience the immeasurable agony of losing a child, but also, social services swooped in and took another son and adopted him out. Further, when she bore another child- social services were all over her like flies feasting on fresh manure.

All of this is analogous to a mother losing custody to an abuser. A baby,child, animal and woman abuser. The community- by and large turns against these mothers- believing the - "experts (read psychologists and social services personnel) - who have decided that she lied, or was "into" false allegations etc.

The end result is the same. Almost, or total , destruction of lives. Needlessly.

Terrible to say- but- at least Sherry did not have to deal with the constant abuses of her "ex" - as happens in custody cases- , nor pay hard earned money to her and her children's abuser- whilst never seeing them-

I can just imagime the hard looks- the set faces and clipped tones of the social workers who came to - -"inspect" her- all of them, I suppose, believing she was an abuser.
Thank goodness for James Lockyear and --- ,who fight with so much success, to right grievous wrongs.

This woman (and others) deserves a medal. An absolute medal. I hope when her "kidnapped" son reaches 18, that he will be allowed to -know the truth of his adoption and who his birth mother is.

If there is a God- and/or attendant angels, I expect them to support and protect James Lockyear for what I hope is a very very long career.
This is a human who walks in grace.

A good tribute to the 14 murdered Dec.6,1989. We need to think about all the unsung women and children who have been, and are, murdered-one by one. Do what you can to stem this wave of violence which continues and is so eminently destructive. One major point- is just to realize some ugly truths and not fall prey to the blatherings of a few who would deny this reality.

Last year at this time, I read a particularly hateful text in the National Post by a person with the unfortunate name of Pigg. There was no recognition of the pain that would be caused -again- to the remaining family members of these murdered young women-nor any comment about the obscenity of the act that the murder's twisted mind produced.This embarrassingly vicious text puhed me to start expressing my opinions- online.

This year, the above link led me to a tasteful and most acceptable tribute for these young women. I am grateful to see evidence of civil.thinking and empathic people writing such a tribute.I extend my sympathies . to the mother of the murderer also. Seems the father in this tragic scenario- was a batterer. So we see how violence begat more violence. How sad and un-neccessary.

Last year at this time, I began to express my opinions -via the Net. It began with my reading a truly hateful - text in the National Post - by a woman with the unfortunate name of : Pigg. That pushed me to write to sisyphe.org - I was completely disgusted that anyone would write such a shameful discourse -about those Dec.6 victims- with apparently no sense of decency or empathy for the surviving family members.Today- I found this text- which is a tribute to those young lives taken by pathological hate.
I hope I see more like this - and none of the embarrassingly distasteful remarks by any Pigg type person.

Just came across this little gem- So THAT explains why in Canada ,if one reports father/daughter rape (and other abuses) ,custody is given to the perpetrator.
Glad it was explained to me. Social services and other implicated groups, should explain this to the tiny victims, too.

So- WHY do the police and the laws they struggle to uphold- say differently ? Price of evolution ? A few thousand victims (or more) - no matter ?

An excellent,short text which is most balanced in its reasoning. For that reason alone (it is SANE ! ) , it will probably incite the familiar rage experienced by the few - -males - -who seem to have hours and hours of time to rant invented statistics. Or -perhaps they just (these few) cannot read any texts that contain the word "woman" or "mother" without working themselves into a frenzy. Sad really. Many men I have met are distressed and often embarrassed by the mouthings of the few who seem ill equipped to function in a society that is struggling to evolve beyond the "women and children are chattel" belief.

This is a hoot- as well as being - "right on". Shared parenting is a l;egal tactic- much like pas .pa nonsense- it has to do with "winning" a case for your client (the more you win- the more you get clients) and absolutely NOTHING to do with humans or human rights. Judges are constrained by the laws- which (in my opinion should NEVER be used when settling custody)

Laws grew out of the perceived need to "protect" property- as in- get that castle and hold onto it- .Applying law in divorce- should only apply to the "castles " and NEVER to the human existence-especially when there are children involved- they are developing.
